Ladies Squash

Aylesbury Squash Club has a thriving community of friendly and welcoming ladies, covering a range of abilities from beginners upwards.

 We hold ladies-only sessions on Monday evenings. They involve a great variety of coaching, training, matchplay and fun activities that always teach something different! All abilities are catered for, so any ladies that are members of the club are welcome to attend.

When: Mondays 7 – 8:30pm (Term-time)

Where: Aylesbury Squash Club, County Ground, Wendover Rodd, HP21 9NJ

Who: Open to all female club members (all abilities)

Cost: £6 per session

☕ Boast and Brew – Once a month, we hold a Boast & Brew session where ladies stay after the Monday session to have a cuppa and a catch up.

We have ladies squash teams which play in the Women’s Buckinghamshire County Squash Leagues. We enter a team in each of the 3 divisions. Division 1 is for the top women’s players in the county and division 3 is a developmental league, giving ladies new to team squash, the opportunity to play. Matches are played in clubs across the county and are social events, with teams sharing a meal together after the games.

This season our division 2 team came second in their division with 161 points and 11 wins!

Throughout the season there is a series of Women’s Afternoons held at clubs across the county. Friendly games are played and the session always concludes with drinks and cake! These sessions give ladies the opportunity to meet and play with other women squash players across Buckinghamshire, in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

Aylesbury hosted the last Bucks Women’s Afternoon of the year. There was a great turnout of women from across the county who came to play friendly games. A great afternoon on court was followed by an end of season awards presentation.

It was a fantastic celebration of women’s squash, with a great get together over refreshments to round off the afternoon. Thanks to all who came and congratulations to all the winners.
